TrueServ Mechanical replaced two 100-ton commercial split HVAC systems at a multi-story office building. The project included equipment removal, crane coordination, new air handlers and condensing units, ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and startup support.
TrueServ Mechanical completed a comprehensive refrigeration restoration and replacement involving 25 display doors, walk-in cooler and freezer doors, five remote condensing units, eight evaporators, electronic controls, and associated piping. The project included system startup and operational verification.

Supermarket Refrigeration Modernization

TrueServ Mechanical coordinated the replacement of three packaged rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) at a multi-tenant property on Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, Texas. The project included installation of 10-ton, 15-ton, and 25-ton Carrier units, totaling 50 tons of cooling capacity, along with equipment logistics, connections, and manufacturer-coordinated start-up.
TrueServ Mechanical completed a multi-phase supermarket refrigeration upgrade involving two rooftop condenser replacements, a compressor replacement, new refrigerant line sets, variable-frequency drives, and controls integration. Work included temporary cooling coordination, testing, and commissioning.

TrueServ Mechanical completed condensate-management improvements across 56 fan-coil units, including pump relocation, drain-line rerouting, drain-pan adjustments, piping insulation, and integrated overflow-safety controls. All 56 units were inspected and documented.
TrueServ Mechanical completed a commercial refrigeration installation featuring approximately 24 replacement display doors, multiple remote condensing units, Trenton ESP+ evaporators, and associated piping and condensate systems. Additional work included walk-in box replacement, startup, and operational verification.

TrueServ Mechanical replaced a 20-ton Carrier split HVAC system serving the fifth floor of an occupied office building. The project included equipment installation, permitting, and replacement of the liquid and suction refrigerant lines.
TrueServ Mechanical replaced refrigeration equipment serving a beverage cooler, walk-in cooler, and freezer. The project included 29 display doors, five remote condensing units, eight evaporators, new refrigerant lines, electronic controls, pressure testing, and system startup.

TrueServ Mechanical replaced four refrigeration rack condensers at an operating supermarket, integrating variable-frequency drives, Danfoss controls, and updated piping. Overnight installations minimized disruption while protecting refrigerated merchandise and maintaining store operations.
