Project Overview

Coordinated Refrigeration Upgrades for an Operating Supermarket

The modernization required careful coordination of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration work. TrueServ managed equipment replacement, controls integration, and modifications to the existing refrigerant piping infrastructure.

A critical part of the project involved planning temporary cooling and product-protection measures during system changeovers. TrueServ also coordinated crane operations, roofing work, and subcontractor activities.

Following installation, the refrigeration systems underwent pressure testing, evacuation, leak testing, refrigerant-charge verification, and final commissioning.
