Commercial HVAC Replacement for an Irving Office Building
TrueServ Mechanical was selected by Carrier Commercial Services to replace two existing 100-ton split HVAC systems at a commercial office building in Irving, Texas.
Carrier supplied the primary equipment, while TrueServ managed the removal of existing systems, crane coordination, installation, refrigerant piping, ductwork, and electrical and controls connections.
TrueServ also supported Carrier during system start-up and commissioning.
Project Highlights
TrueServ Mechanical managed the following installation activities for the commercial HVAC replacement project:
Removed two existing 100-ton split HVAC systems, including air handlers and condensing units.
Recovered and processed existing refrigerant.
Coordinated crane staging, equipment removal, and placement.
Installed two Carrier 100-ton air handlers and two matching condensing units.
Installed curb adapters and fabricated new supply ductwork and damper assemblies.
Installed refrigerant piping, valves, filter-drier canisters, and aluminum-jacketed insulation.
Replaced electrical disconnects and completed electrical and controls interconnections.
Supported Carrier Commercial Services during system start-up and commissioning.
